Hi, I’m Honey, and I believe beauty should be effortless, healthy, and fun.

I was born and raised in Korea, where self-care and aesthetics are part of daily life. Growing up fluent in Korean, I was always curious about the latest trends and innovations, something that still fuels my passion today.

I’ve always been a maker at heart. At 13, I was hand-painting my own shirts and jeans, experimenting with custom designs, and finding new ways to express myself. Even now, you can catch me knitting or creating new crochet patterns in my downtime. Being hands-on and creative has shaped the way I approach aesthetics with precision, artistry, and a personal touch.

When I was 15, I took my biggest leap yet by leaving home to come to the U.S. as a foreign exchange student. I stayed with an American host family (we’re still close!) and learned how to be independent, adaptable, and brave. Those lessons have guided me through every chapter of my life.

I attended the University of Tampa, where I double-majored in Music Performance (Violin), serving as first chair and leading a string quartet, and Nursing, graduating with honors and multiple scholarships. Later, I earned my Master’s in Nursing at Georgia State University, working as a research assistant and graduating with honors again.

My nursing career began in 2012 at Tampa General Hospital, where I worked on the Neuro floor, then transitioned to GI/Endoscopy in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Over the years, I gained experience as a Pre-Op Nurse, PACU Nurse, OR/Pain Circulator, and was promoted to Charge Nurse, Quality Assurance Nurse, and Infection Control Nurse. These diverse roles gave me a complete view of patient care, from bedside compassion to safety, quality, and leadership, shaping me into a well-rounded provider.

My career as a nurse practitioner started at Delta Airlines World Headquarters, where I cared for employees at every level, from flight attendants to C-suite executives, as their primary care provider. During COVID, I worked closely with the CDC and became one of the first providers in the U.S. to test and detect COVID. I even wore full Ebola suits to swab suspected patients when we didn’t yet know how the virus was transmitted. Those experiences deepened my commitment to patient safety and evidence-based care.

After moving to Houston, I followed my passion for aesthetics and founded Seoul Glow Clinic, where I combine my love for science, art, and K-Beauty philosophy to help clients age gracefully, naturally, and confidently.

Outside the clinic, I’m a wife to a wonderfully supportive husband who cheers on all my wild ideas and a mom to a beautiful 2-year-old daughter who keeps me laughing and inspired every single day.
